Always a favourite, a mix of dark and milk chocolate ganache spiked with Dunville's sherry cask single malt

One for the purists- a soft ganache made with fruity intense single origin chocolate from Madagascar

VANILLA MALT

Delicious white chocolate ganache with grade A madagascan bourbon vanilla bean and a touch of malt barley

TURKISH COFFEE

Punchy milk chocolate and Turkish coffee ganache with a pinch of cardamon and a little rosewater

BLACKCURRANT AND VIOLET

Tangy blackcurrant caramel with a smooth milk chocolate and violet ganache
